The located official record is the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court's consolidated decision of January 28, 2014, which addressed the sufficiency of the complaints charging entrance into the Reserve. The decision did not adjudicate any sovereignty claim. An earlier description of a 2019 vacatur under Case No. SCWC-16-0000667 is not supported by any record located; that docket number belongs to a different case.
